I speak to Adam Gaudet, a real estate Broker and president of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, and Craig Welch, Executive Director of the Portsmouth Housing Authority.Gaudet is the Broker / Owner at 603 Birch Realty in Chester, an independent real estate firm serving the entire Granite State.

Welch is the Executive Director for the Portsmouth Housing Authority, overseeing a $90 million housing portfolio with eleven properties and 600 affordable housing units in the City of Portsmouth.
