Boston MedFlight is a nonprofit organization providing the highest level of critical care transport by air and ground to patients in need—regardless of their circumstances. For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Our Mission.”, captures the purpose that drives everything we do. Whether responding to an emergency scene or transferring a critically ill patient between hospitals, our team delivers seamless, patient-centered care during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. As a nonprofit, we are guided by one unwavering principle: every patient deserves access to lifesaving care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. We achieve this excellence through rigorous training and preparedness. Every clinician completes an intensive onboarding and education program that includes hospital ICU and emergency department rotations, pediatric and neonatal critical care experience, high-fidelity simulation training, advanced procedural labs, and comprehensive classroom instruction in transport medicine. Our work is supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology comparable to leading hospital ICUs.

Tuesday: <ul> <li>At 7:45 a.m., police reported the theft of a hood off a used Dodge Neon sedan that was parked off the Spaulding Turnpike.</li> <li>At 12:45 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive for conduct after an accident. Giuseppe Maini, 51, of 668 Middle St, Apt. 13 in Portsmouth was charged with that offense.</li> <li>At 1:51 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was either sunning himself or passed out near the bike path on Rockingham Avenue and the Spaulding Turnpike. Todd C. Donlin, 36, no fixed address, Portsmouth, was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of controlled/narcotic drug labels. Donlin was also wanted for these offenses on a bench warrant.</li> </ul>
