Police: Heroin, Cocaine Dealers Arrested
Two from Massachusetts arrested at Portsmouth Hotel parking lot yesterday on numerous charges.

Portsmouth Police arrested two people from Massachusetts yesterday on an array of charges including drug felonies and endangering the welfare of a child.
Xiomara Andrade, 21, of Winthrop Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on March 23, 2015, and charged with conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug and criminal liability for conduct of another, both felonies, as well as possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and endangering the welfare of a child. Also arrested was Edward Nebron-Delbrey, 23, of Bennington Street in Lawrence, MA, who was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled drug and conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug, all felonies.
According to police, the detective’s division and the special investigations unit were conducting a drug investigation on Monday and made arrangements to meet both Andrade and Delbrey in the parking lot of a local Portsmouth hotel to allegedly conduct a drug transaction. Police were looking to purchase about $1,700 worth of heroin and cocaine from the pair, according to the report.

“During the course this transaction Ms. Andrade was operating the vehicle occupied also by Nebron-Delbrey and a minor child to whom Ms. Andrade had a duty of care,” according to Lt. Mark Newport of the Portsmouth Police Department. “Both were taken into custody without incident.”
Both were held on large cash bail amounts and were arraigned in Seabrook District Court today.
