Man Indicted On Possession, Distribution Of Child Sexual Abuse Images: Rockingham County Superior Court
Manchester man indicted on gun threat, lewdness charges in Nottingham; Newmarket man indicted on sexual assault, DUI charges in Portsmouth.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Blake Daniel Camire, 31, of Summer Street in Manchester, on tampering with witnesses and informants, criminal threatening-firearm, and two indecent exposure and lewdness charges, all felonies, as well as criminal threatening. He removed a firearm from his person, placed it in front of a girl, and said, “I’ll kill you and myself,” or words to that effect in Nottingham on July 11, 2023, while naked and demanding oral sex, according to the indictments. Camire was also accused of attempting to induce the girl not to tell anyone, saying he was “not going to jail for a whore like” her, and-or he would kill them both, and-or her family if she reported the conduct between July 10 and July 11, 2023, in Nottingham.
Luis Caraballo, 35, of Chestnut Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine and attempted theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, and four false reports to law enforcement charges. He was accused of attempting to steal about $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Home Depot in Salem on Feb. 1. Caraballo also gave false names and-or birthdates to Salem police, according to the indictments.

Michael Carpenter-Noucas, 42, of Sargents Place in Gilford, on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on Aug. 23, 2025, in Exeter.
Levi McKenzie Coltey, 27, of Maynard Avenue in Manchester, on two felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of grabbing and punching a man inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Nov. 20, 2025, and spitting on a second man on Dec. 31, 2025, inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Luis Alberto Concepcion, 54, of Laurel Street in Manchester, on theft by unauthorized taking and attempting theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet and attempting to steal merchandise from Market Basket in Londonderry on March 2. Twice before, according to the indictments, Concepcion has been convicted of theft.
Glenn R. Crossman, 67, of 4th Street in St. Petersburg, Florida, on two felony non-support charges. He was accused of failing to provide his former spouse with more than $10,000 in support between April 6, 2016, and Nov. 14, 2024, after being ordered to do so by the Salem District Court.

Zuleika Cruz-Otero, 39, of Frederick Street in Manchester, on possession of amphetamine and possession buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 19, 2025, in Salem.
Scott Aaron Currier, 43, of Hayes Park in Exeter, on operating while being certified as a habitual offender and second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He drove on Alumni Drive in Exeter on Feb. 8 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV, according to an indictment. Currier was also accused of strangling an intimate partner in Epping on Feb. 26.
Kyle Walker Flagg, 36, of Danville Road in Fremont, on three felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images and seven felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .mp4s and .jpgs on Oct. 30, 2025, in Fremont, and transferring some of them through the session app on Nov. 20, Dec. 2, and Dec. 8, 2025, in Fremont.
Thomas Edward Forte, 34, of Walker Road in Atkinson, on second-degree assault-domestic violence, criminal threatening-domestic violence, two reckless conduct-deadly weapon-domestic violence charges, and seven second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, all felonies, and six domestic violence charges. He repeatedly assaulted and strangled an intimate partner in July 2025 in Windham and repeatedly assaulted and strangled an intimate partner in August, October, November, and December 2025 in Atkinson, as well as held a gun to her head, according to the indictments.

Anthony Ethan Franks, 21, of Shady Lane in Newmarket, on two aggravated felonious sexual assault and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies, as well as aggravated driving under the influence-under 16, DUI, DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02, and open container. He was accused of raping a girl and driving under the influence on Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth on Jan. 31, 2026.
Jan Garcia-Rivera, 24, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of assault by prisoner. He was accused of striking another man in the face and biting him on March 15, 2025, in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.
