Police Investigating 'Untimely' Death Sunday Morning
Opioid use is suspected in the death of a former East Kingston man on Highland Street in Portsmouth.

The state’s medical examiner’s office and Portsmouth Police Department are investigating the death of a 27-year-old man in the city yesterday morning.
Adam Moser was found in an apartment on Highland Street after Portsmouth Fire and Rescue teams were sent to a medical call involving a man at around 2 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2015. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Moser, who moved to the city recently, was previously a resident of East Kingston. Investigators are classifying his death as “untimely” and believe opioid use is the suspected reason for his passing.

Police, however, are asking for the public’s help with any information about Moser.
