Police Probe Motor Vehicle Theft at Pease

The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Saturday, Nov. 12 through Sunday, Nov. 13.

Saturday:

  • At 12:19 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic incident on Woodbury Avenue. Yulia Barron, 23, of 1048 Woodbury Ave., in Portsmouth was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and domestic violence act.
  • At 3:04 p.m., police reported a theft at a Woodbury Avenue business after the caller said they have an employee who admitted to stealing $600 to $700.
  • At 4:18 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle theft on Grafton Drive at the Pease Transportation Center parking lot where the caller said she returned home from a trip after three weeks and discovered someone had broken into her car and that the ignition had been removed.
  • At 11:38 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. David Matos Bernal, 23, of 112 Ledgewood Drive, Apt. 18, in Portsmouth was wanted for false alarm and aiding/abetting.

  • At 12:42 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic incident on Mackerel Drive. Tonia C. Perrin, 47, of 214 Mackerel Drive in Portsmouth was charged with simple assault and taken into protective custody for alcoholism.
