Police Seek Kittery, Maine Forgery Suspect
Portsmouth Police detectives ask for public's help to local Joshua Burnett.

The Portsmouth Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating Joshua Burnett, 34, last known address of 19 Phelps St., Kittery, Maine. 03904
Burnett is wanted by the Portsmouth Police for two counts of Forgery both Felony level offenses. Burnett is also wanted by Greenland Police for theft of checks. In addition, Burnett has an active bench warrant issued by the Hampton District Court for Driving After Revocation.
Burnett is suspected of stealing checks while working for a moving company, then forging and depositing the checks at banks in Portsmouth.

Anyone with information of Burnett’s whereabouts should contact Detective Rochelle Jones at 610-7503 and or the Portsmouth Police Detective Division at (603) 436-2511.
