For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Whether responding to an emergency scene or transferring a critically ill patient between hospitals, our team delivers seamless, patient-centered care during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. As a nonprofit, we are guided by one unwavering principle: every patient deserves access to lifesaving care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. We achieve this excellence through rigorous training and preparedness. Every clinician completes an intensive onboarding and education program that includes hospital ICU and emergency department rotations, pediatric and neonatal critical care experience, high-fidelity simulation training, advanced procedural labs, and comprehensive classroom instruction in transport medicine. Our work is supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology comparable to leading hospital ICUs.

Portsmouth Police and the U.S. Marshal's Service are seeking the public's help in apprehending Geraldo Gonzalez, who is wanted for supervised release violation and witness tampering. Gonzalez, 46, was last seen in Lawrence, Mass., but frequents Portsmouth and has a last known address of Dover, according to police. He goes by the name of "Cuba" or "Gerry" and is approximately 6'1" and 265 pounds. Police say Gonzalez should be considered armed and dangerous. He has been arrested in the past for assault, theft, narcotics, forgery, burglary and resisting arrest. Anyone who knows anything about Gonzalez's location is urged to contact the U.S. Marshal's Service at  1-877-WANTED-2 or 603-225-1632. Those wishing to remain anonymous can call the Seacoast Crime Stoppers crime line at 603-431-1199, send a text to CRIMES (274637) with TIPSCS in the message, or go to seacoastcrimestoppers.org. Rewards are paid for information leading to arrests and convictions.
