Portsmouth 400th Birthday Calendar Available For Preorder

CONCORD, NH — The official Portsmouth NH 400th Commemorative 2023 Calendar is now available for pre-order.

The 12-inch by 12-inch wall calendar features photos of iconic city sites in all four seasons. The photos were submitted by 10 photographers — Judy Arnold, Laura Harwood Benton, Mary Jo Brown, Philip Case Cohen, Eric Gendron, Ken Goldman, Frank Kennedy, Effie Malley, David J. Murray, and Eric Orkin. Each day also features an “on this day” factoid.

“The PNH400 Committees and our official partners have assembled an incredible array of programs, exhibitions, events, and special celebrations to make sure the 400th sparkles from beginning to end,” PNH400 Managing Director Valerie Rochon said. “From Pro Portsmouth’s First Night 2023 to First Night 2024, plus the PNH400 signature events, including the June 3, 2023, Grand Parade; August 6, 2023, Little Italy Carnival and Aug. 15, 2023 street.life! 400 Community Dinner, 2023 will be a spectacular celebration, and the official PNH400 calendar will help make sure you don’t miss a moment!”

The calendar is $24.95, and a limited number of calendars are available. Put in a preorder here, online, or visit the birthday org’s gift shop at the Portsmouth Historical Society on Middle Street.
