Portsmouth Arrest Log: Canadian Charged for Smashing Bank Window

Plus, allegedly drunk man refuses to leave when asked and Massachusetts woman is arrested for simple assault.

Erin Milovanovic, 36, of North Andover, MA, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on July 31, 2015, on a simple assault charge. Officers were called to the rotary circle for a woman reporting that her ex-husband was sitting in the back of her car, in the parking lot, refusing to let her leave. The man reportedly had a restraining order out against the caller. The officers arrived and arrested Milovanovic.

Terrance P. Regan, 23, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on July 31, for resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to State Street for a man who was reportedly drunk in a backyard. The caller had asked him “numerous times to leave” but he refused. A second caller also came in from the incident. Police attempted to remove the man, Regan, but he allegedly resisted. Police report that there could be other charges.

Jessica Young, 33, of White Mountain Highway in Tamworth, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Aug. 1, on two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges and operating without a valid license.

David Lemieux, 21, of Rue Des Oelleis in Montreal, PQ, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Aug. 1, for criminal mischief (vandalism). Officers were called to a report that two men had punched out the window of the Piscataqua Savings Bank. EMTs were also sent to the scene to assist two people with injuries. Two windows were reportedly shattered. Later, Lemieux was arrested.
