Portsmouth Man Arrested for Vandalism
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Friday, July 13 through Sunday, July 15.
Friday:
- At 1:36 p.m., police reported the theft of an iPhone on Market Street and Michael Succi Drive.
- At 4:23 p.m., police arrested a Dover man for motor vehicle offenses on Maplewood Avenue and Cutts Street. Gilbert Coulstring, 54, of 33 Littleworth Road in Dover was charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
- At 6:41 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Marcy Street. Alexander P. Harding, 21, of 1808 Islington St. in Portsmouth was wanted for two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism).

- At 1:12 a.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man for disorderly conduct on Fleet Street. Marc Cogswell, 33, of 500 Wedgewood Drive in Kittery was charged with resisting arrest and taken into protective custody for alcoholism.
Sunday:
- At 3:14 p.m., police reported a burglary on Osprey Drive after the caller said they returned home and found that someone had ripped through their screen patio door, but did not appear to gain entry into her home.
