Portsmouth Man Indicted In Rye 2018 Drug Overdose Death: Superior Court Roundup

Londonderry man indicted on 10 child sexual assault charges; 2 accused of trying to cash phony checks; swindler indicted on contractor scam.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Rony Sosa, 23, of Market Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on three felony attempted theft by deception charges. Edgar Sosa-Bautista, 34, of Walnut Street in Lawrence, MA, on two felony attempted theft by deception charges. They were accused of attempting to cash counterfeit checks drawn on the town of North Hampton Citizens Bank account on Dec. 13, 2021.

Pasqualino Spadorcia, 54, of Ames Hill Drive in Tewksbury, MA, or MCI-Cedar Junction in South Walpole, MA, on a felony theft by deception charge. Between Jan. 29 and Aug. 31, 2021, he was accused of taking $22,000 toward a home improvement job and never performing the work in Kensington.

James Stackhouse, 57, a homeless man now located in Seabrook, on a felony sex offender-failure to register charge. He was accused of failing to register with Seabrook police between Nov. 1, 2021, and Sept. 14.

Bobbi Jean Standley, 40, of County Farm Road in Dover on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on May 26. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted twice before on theft charges.

Aaron Stanwood, 34, of Dennett Street in Portsmouth on dispensing a controlled drug-fentanyl-death resulting and distributing fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of dispensing fentanyl to a man who died in Rye on March 7, 2018.

Jake Nicholas Stevens, 25, of Washington Street in Seabrook on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 24 in Seabrook.
