Portsmouth Man, Woman Charged with Parole Violations

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, March 22 through Friday, March 23.
Thursday:
- At 9:55 a.m., police arrested a Thomaston, Maine man who was was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Brian Michael Reardon, 39, of 113 Main St., in Thomaston, Maine was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 12:22 p.m., police reported an animal complaint on Lafayette Road after the caller said there were six wild turkeys in the road causing a traffic hazzard.
- At 1:21 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman for motor vehicle offenses on International Drive. Kaitlyn Rowen, 26, of 45 Anne Avenue, Apt. 4, in Portsmouth was charged with driving after suspension (alcohol related) and driving after revocation or suspension.
- At 2:16 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Fleet Street. Kathleen St. Clair, 25, of 90 Fleet St., Apt. 56, in Portsmouth was wanted for involuntary emergency admission.
- At 4:52 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. The juvenile was wanted for conduct after an accident.
- At 5:50 p.m., police arrested a North Hampton man for motor vehicle offenses on Hanover Street and Bridge Street. Douglas Jolly, 50, of 51 Winnacutt Road in North Hampton was charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
- At 7:18 p.m., police reported a theft of a purse on Clough Drive after the caller said she was serving desserts at a spaghetti supper and someone stole her purse.
- At 7:49 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man and a Portsmouth woman as fugitives from justice on Congress Street and Maplewood Avenue. David J. Wilson, 27, address unknown, Portsmouth was wanted for violation of probation or parole and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Christy D. Wagner, 31, of 21 Brewster St., Apt. 9, in Portsmouth was wanted for violation of probation or parole and on an arrest warrant.
- At 9:48 p.m., police reported a theft on Rockland Street after the caller said someone broke into her car and stole her computer.

- At 2:42 a.m., police arrested a Templeton, Mass., man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Lafayette Road. Raymond Charles Brouillett, 56, of address unknown, in Templeton, Mass., was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 8:03 a.m., police reported a theft of a digital camera on Winsor Road.
- At 11:05 a.m., police reported air gun offenses on South Street after a BB was fired through the window of a residence.
- At 7:38 p.m., police reported an animal call on Ocean Road after the caller said they saw a coyote with a broken leg running around. Upon arrival, police were unable to locate the animal.
