Portsmouth Police Log: Alleged Drunk Driver Arrested
Plus, Dover resident faces mislaid property charge while a woman was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Justin Coburn, 35, of Oak Street in Dover, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2015, for fail to answer court issued summons. He turned himself in to police.

Ivey Peck, 22, of Cote Drive in Dover, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on Oct. 9, for theft of lost or mislaid property. Peck was arrested on an active warrant.

Judith Pesarik, 56, of an unknown address, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on Oct. 11, for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested on Elwyn Avenue.
Ryan M. Briolat, 28, of Thornton Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Oct. 13, for driving while intoxicated. Police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of an accident. A caller reported being rear-ended on the bridge but there weren’t any injuries. One driver, Briolat, was given a field sobriety test and later, arrested.
