Portsmouth Police Log: Greenland Man Arrested for DWI
Plus, a Dover man is charged with unauthorized use of propelled vehicle/rental property while another man is arrested on warrant.

Josiah L. Davies, 25, of Polly Ann Park in Dover, was arrested at 12:37 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2015, for unauthorized use of propelled vehicle/rental property. He was arrested by another agency and picked up by Portsmouth Police.

Richard W. Peyser, 63, of Meadow Lane in Greenland, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on Sept. 19, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Police were sent to Market Street for a man who was reportedly acting “very confused.” EMTs were also called to the scene. According to police, the man, Peyser, reportedly refused medical treatment and field sobriety tests, and was arrested.

Charles E. Lucci, 55, of Crest Drive in Somersworth, was arrested at 3:49 a.m. on Sept. 21, on two bench warrants. Police were sent to Grafton Drive for a report of a man who couldn’t ride on “their buses” and was standing on the corner. The caller wanted him removed, according to the report. The man, Lucci, had two warrants and was arrested.
