Portsmouth Police Log: Kicking Doors, Vandalizing Potted Plants, Leads to Arrest

Plus, Dover man arrested on a bench warrant, disobeying an officer, and a Portsmouth man arrested for title fraud.

Fei F. Zou, 22, of Islington Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2015, on two counts of title fraud and violations. He turned himself in to police.

Andrew Gagnon, 39, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on Aug. 20, for resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of a caller alleging that he was being harassed by another resident at Crossroads. “This is an ongoing problem,” the report noted. After heading to the location, Gagnon was arrested.

Paul Adams, 26, of Hampshire Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Aug. 20, for criminal threatening and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers were sent to Hampshire Road to check on a wanted person and took Adams into custody.

Stacy McDermott, 50, of Blue Heron Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on Aug. 21, on two counts of criminal mischief.

Taylor Gray, 31, of 6th Street in Dover, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Aug. 21, for disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Bartlett Street.

Malcolm Perry, 50, of Faith Drive in Derry, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on Aug. 21, for disorderly conduct, city ordinance violation, and protective custody. Officers were called to Bow Street for a report of a man vandalizing potted plants who later went into the Ale House Inn. Police were unable to find him but later, he allegedly appeared at the caller’s home and was trying to kick their door in. The man, Perry, was later arrested.
