Portsmouth Police Log: Mass. Man Arrested After Fight in Market Square
Plus, two local men arrested for drunk driving and alleged second-degree assaulter caught.

Patrick Flannery, 47, of White Cedar Boulevard in Portsmouth, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2015, and charged with driving while intoxicate-second offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were called to Lafayette Road for a report of a man who came into a business, appeared to be intoxicated, and then left the area with a child in his car. The officer found the vehicle parked on White Cedar Boulevard where the car was parked by the pool. They spoke to the man, Flannery, and arrested him.

John Herrmann, 43, of Parker Mountain Road in Strafford, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. on Sept. 12, for driving while intoxicated. Officers were called to Hanover Street for a report of two intoxicated individuals in a vehicle. After investigating the claim, Herrmann was arrested.

Charles A. Lunt, 39, a homeless man now located in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on Sept. 12, for second-degree assault and domestic violence. He was arrested by Manchester Police on a warrant and exchanged with Portsmouth Police in Epping.
Jason D. Longo, 22, of Evans Street in Woburn, MA, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 13, for disorderly conduct. Officers were sent to Market Square for a report of a fight and arrested Longo.
