Gregory Cummings of Rochester was arrested last night at the Thirsty Moose Taphouse.

A local man was arrested last night on Congress Street after an incident at a local music and food venue, according to Portsmouth Police.

Gregory Cummings, 34, of Rochester, was arrested on April 10, 2015, and charged with reckless conduct and criminal threatening by use of a deadly weapon, both felonies.

According to police, officers were called to the Thirsty Moose Taphouse after receiving a call at just before midnight about a man reportedly pointing “a laser equipped semi-automatic hand gun at two bouncers at the establishment after he was being removed from the premises,” according to Capt. Frank Warchol of the Portsmouth Police Department.
