Portsmouth Sports Medicine Org Celebrates New Facility

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine commemorated the move to its new facility late March with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1900 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth. The team officially opened the doors to their state-of-the-art clinic in February.

Attending the ceremony were members from The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, as well as Portsmouth Mayor Jack Blalock and members of Shields Health Care Group and ProCare Physical Therapy, both partners of Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.

Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine will be holding an Open House at their new location from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2016. All patients and members of the community are welcome to attend to enjoy tours of the facility, light refreshments, giveaways, and a raffle.

The newly constructed facility is home to various forms of cutting edge technology, including a U-ARM DR X-ray machine by Viztek and Shields MRI. The Atlantic team is excited to introduce this technology to enhance their practice for patients across the Seacoast.

Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is a group of Board-Certified physicians who utilize the latest concepts in orthopaedics and sports medicine, coupled with preventive and surgical techniques.
