Portsmouth Teen Speaks at NH Rebellion Rally
Ella McGrail recites state's right of revolution provision; calls on young people to save their country.

Ella McGrail and a number of other Portsmouth teenagers marched from one side of the state to the other on Jan. 21, to attend the NH Rebellion rally at the Statehouse in Concord.
After Concord High School student Nathan Smith sang the National Anthem, McGrail was the first to speak. She cited the state Constitution’s “right of revolution” clause, quoted Margaret Meade, and called on young people from around the Granite State and America, to fight to preserve the country and its democratic process.
