Police: Teen charged with assault, North Hampton man allegedly pushes girlfriend through a door, Taunton, MA, man arrested on drug charge.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Emma Brake, 30, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, operating without headlamps, and yellow line violation. Police stopped a vehicle on Lafayette Road and after field sobriety tests, she was arrested.

Phyllis A. Beck, 53, of Henry Law Avenue in Dover, was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2016, for driving after suspension-second offense after a traffic stop on the Route 1 Bypass South. A 17-year-old boy was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for assault, after an alleged incident on Holiday Drive.

Justin R. Drew, 31, of Court Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for receiving stolen property. A man alleged that they were struck in the back of the head about 10 minutes before by a man who had an active warrant. The suspect left in a vehicle but there was reportedly video surveillance of the incident outside of the apartment building. Police later caught up with Drew and arrested him.
Jason McIsaac, 32, of Indian Meadow Drive in Taunton, MA, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for controlled drug act. Police were sent to Gosling Road for a report of suspicious activity and while there, consent searched two vehicles and called in the K-9 unit. McIsaac was later arrested.

Andrey Sukhorukov, 47, of Atlantic Avenue in North Hampton, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. Police were sent to Market Street for a report of a staffer witnessing a man push his girlfriend out the front door onto the sidewalk, according to a report. The woman came back into the establishment and was not injured. Police took a description of the man and caught up with him later. He was then arrested.
