Portsmouth's DARCI Creative Names 2 Managing Partners Ahead Of 20-Year Milestone
Daniele Hosser and Caitlin Thayer were named managing partners as the Portsmouth agency nears 20 years in business.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — DARCI Creative has named Daniele Hosser and Caitlin Thayer as managing partners, a leadership change announced Thursday as the Seacoast marketing agency approaches 20 years in business this October.
According to the company, Hosser will serve as managing partner and vice president of client experience and brand strategy. Thayer will serve as managing partner and vice president of operations and finance. The company said both have played key roles in client partnerships, internal systems, and the agency’s strategic direction.
The announcement marks what DARCI Creative described as a next-generation leadership team.

The company said Hosser previously served as director of client services, leading client relationships and strategic initiatives. In her new role, according to the release, she will continue to oversee the client experience while driving brand strategy and long-term growth priorities.
Thayer previously served as director of operations and business development, according to the release. The company said she helped strengthen the agency’s operational infrastructure and financial discipline. In her new role, the release states, she will continue to refine processes, improve efficiency, and support the agency’s growth.
