Restorative Yoga with Thai Massage

Yoga in ME in Eliot, Maine will be offering a Restorative Yoga with Thai Massage class Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11.

Join Nancy, LMT (licensed massage therapist), and Lydia for this deliciously relaxing class blending restorative yoga with Thai massage. Calming, supported yoga postures will be combined with Thai massage for the ultimate relaxation experience.

This workshop will begin with some gentle movements to warm the body and joints. You will then be guided into Restorative Yoga postures and breathing exercises, designed to ground you, open the body and relax the nervous system. While resting for several minutes in each supported posture, you will experience Thai massage, which includes gentle stretching to deepen the postures, compression to energy lines, and traction to elongate, leaving you feeling calm, balanced and rejuvenated.

This class is two hours in length. No previous yoga experience necessary. Register and pay today to save your spot. This class will fill up!
