Rochester Man Charged with Theft

Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, May 10 to Saturday, May 12. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday:

  • At 8:10 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Jesse Floyd Jr., 19, of 411 Middle St., Apt. 3, in Portsmouth was wanted for default or breach of bail conditions and two counts of theft from a building.
  • At 2:42 p.m., police reported criminal mischief when a caller reported grafitti at Vaughn Mall.

  • At 8:32 a.m., police reported lewd-indecent exposure when a male flashed a female at Beechstone Apartments.
  • At 9:54 a.m., police received a walk in report of a theft on Walker Bungalow Road.
  • At noon, police reported a theft on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said someone stole his bicycle from the back of his pick up truck.
  • At 12:29 p.m., police reported a dog was wandering around on the I-95 bridge before the animal control officer picked up the animal and reunited the dog with its owner.
  • At 4:45 p.m., police arrested a Rochester man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he was picked up and detained by Dover Police. Jeremy C. Albert, 25, of 24 South Elderberry Lane in Rochester was wanted for three counts of theft by unauthorized taking.
  • At 9:53 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman on Lafayette Road on drug charges. Heather M. Draper, 31, of 15 Beechstone Apartments, #6, was charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

Saturday:

  • At 12:38 a.m., police reported a fight on Hanover Street that led to the arrest of a Massachusetts woman. Amanda Flanders, 22, of 7 Davis St., in Tynsboro, Mass., was charged with simple assault.
