Planet Fitness recently executed a ten year lease renewal for 12,768 square feet of space at this prominent neighborhood shopping center located at the lighted intersection of No. Main Street and Ten Rod Road. Summit Realty Partners represented the Landlord in lease renewal negotiations with Planet Fitness.
Other businesses at Spaulding Commons include but are not limited to H&R Block, Sun Tan City, Rent A Center and Little Caesars. Area businesses include Hannaford Supermarket, Home Depot, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, and many more.
