Rockingham Sheriffs Arrest Maine Residents On Drug Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Joshua B. Palmer, 33, of Myrles Way in Beaver Cove, ME, was arrested on June 16, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment at an original charge of possession of Alprazolam and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of possession of amphetamine.

Michael T. Byrne, 29, of Susan Street in Danville, was arrested on June 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of possession of methadone and two other counts on a judge’s order to arrest (specifics not listed).

Deborah Beck, 52, of Bayside Road in Greenland, MA, was arrested on June 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for guardian estate-failed to appear.

Abigail H. Webb, 22, of Maple Street in Monmouth, ME, was arrested on June 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a conspiracy to distribute cocaine charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for conspiracy to distribute heroin, on a judge’s order to arrest for controlled premises where heroin/crack kept, and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of marijuana.

George C. Belt, 42, of Walnut Street in Claremont, was arrested on June 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a disciplinary conference hearing on an original charge of theft as well as theft by unauthorized taking (less than $1,000).

Edwin Echevarria, 29, of Chestnut Street in Chelsea, MA, was arrested on June 9, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest def. sentencing on an original charge of conspiracy to theft by deception, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft, and on a judge’s order to arrest ofc cost cont-legal fees.

Dana P. Daniels, 56, of Colon Avenue in Lynn, MA, was arrested on June 8, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the final pretrial hearing of an original charge of habitual offender, on a judge’s order to arrest for criminal threatening, and on a judge’s order to arrest for simple assault.

Shatryce A. Bowen, 39, of West Georgia Street in Tallahassee, FL, was arrested on June 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of cocaine.

Eric S. Shiflett, 49, of West Main Street in Ronceverte, WV, was arrested on June 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of fentanyl and on a judge’s order to arrest for DUI.

Janell E. Brown, 42, of Westland Avenue in Boston, MA, was arrested on June 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail revocation on an original charge of cocaine possession and on a judge’s order to arrest for transporting drugs.
