Rockingham Sheriffs Make Heroin, Theft Arrests
Concord, Derry, Dover, Hampton, Portsmouth and other residents picked up.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests recently:
- Mary F. Moore, 48, of Gosline Road in Portsmouth, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on Aug. 4.
- Nicholas Andrew Mecum, 36, of Church Street in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 5, on a judge’s order to arrest for simple assault, breach of bail, and criminal trespass.
- Jeremie Johnny Caron, 22, of Linlew Drive in Derry, was arrested on a judge’s order, bail rev on an original charge of falsifying physical evidence on Aug. 6.
- Carla Jean Janvrin, 38, of Folly Mill Terrace in Seabrook, was arrested on Aug. 6, by a judge, for a theft charge.
- Robert Michael Linnehan Jr., 51, of Exeter Road in Hampton Falls, was arrested on Aug. 6, for contempt capias, marital non-support.
- Thomas Raymond Lyons Jr., 47, of Lafayette Road in Hampton, was arrested on a judge’s order on Aug. 6, for writing bad checks.
- Kenneth John Obrey, 49, of Faith Drive in Derry, was arrested for violation of a court order, judge’s order, on Aug. 6.
- Brian Paul Murphy Jr., 23, of Pembrooke Drive in Derry, was arrested on Aug. 6, for violation of probation on an original charge of receiving stolen property.
- Ryan Thomas Brown, 25, of South Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Aug. 6, on a judge’s order for a previous charge of heroin possession.
