Fugitive Sex Offender Sought by U.S. Marshals

Have you seen Bryan Noe? He was convicted of sexually assaulting a child in 1994; hasn't been seen for two years.

CONCORD, NH – The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week for this week is Bryan Charles Noe, 47, a sex offender who is wanted on a failure to register warrant issued by the Rochester Police Department in August 2014.

Noe is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs around 160 lbs. He has hazel eyes, graying hair, and medium skin tone. Noe also has numerous tattoos on his abdomen and back, arms, and his neck, according to U.S. Marshals.

Back in October 1994, Noe was convicted of two counts of felonious sexual assault on a child between 13 and 16 with an age difference of more than three years, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. According to records online, he last registered in April 2014.

In October 2012, according to fosters.com, he was arrested for disorderly conduct and abatement of amplified sounds. He was arrested in May 2014 for bail jumping and duty to report charges.

Noe was last known to live in Rochester, where he has friends and family, but could be anywhere at this time.
