School Department Posts Bus Routes

The first day of school for Portsmouth kids is Tuesday, Aug. 28, for grades 1-9 followed by grades 10-12 on Wednesday, Aug. 29, and Kindergarten students on Sept. 4.

Parents and kids are scurrying to make their final preparations for the big day from picking out the coolest lunch boxes and buying essential school supplies to picking out their school clothes.

If families are wondering where their kids will catch the school bus this week, the Portsmouth School Department has already posted an extensive list of all of the city's school bus routes for all five of the city's public schools with the corresponding streets and pick-up times.
