Seabrook Teen Arrested After Stabbing Incident in July

Breaking: Portsmouth Police: Savannah Raven was charged with first-degree assault, false report to police, after road rage incident.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Police in Portsmouth believe they have the woman who allegedly stabbed another person back in July on Pearson Street, according to a press statement. Savannah Raven, 18, of Perkins Avenue in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 15, 2016, and charged with first-degree assault and false report to law enforcement.

According to police, Raven was arrested on a warrant today after an investigation into a stabbing incident back on July 25. At the time, the victim was wounded and treated at the scene.

“The victim received stab wounds which were non-life threatening injures and was medically treated and released,” according to Sgt. John Peracchi of the Portsmouth Police Department.

Police followed up on many leads and witness interviews, according to an alert issued by police at the time. Portsmouth Police Chief David Mara later today Seacoastonline.com that investigators believed the incident was connected to a road rage incident in Seabrook the night before.

Raven was processed and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. She’s due in court on Oct. 24.
