Seabrook Woman Arrested for DWI: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Adam J. Trocki, 40, of Jeffreys Neck Road in Ipswich, MA, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, on three theft (causes cash register to ring less than actual price) charges. He was arrested on a warrant.

Robert Denicola, 41, of Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to the arrested for a report of a domestic between a couple. The woman reported that she was allegedly pushed out of her house and her boyfriend was allegedly throwing things out the window, according to a report.

Gary Griffith, 62, of Dorchester Street in Boston, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Manor Drive.

Vincent Ciotti, 36, of Antietam Court in Somerville, SC, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2016, for simple assault, two counts of criminal threatening, and driving after revocation or suspension, reckless operation. Officers were sent to Lafayette Road where a caller alleged that a man walked into the store and “began screaming at a manager,” according to a report. The man later went outside, according to the caller. Officers ran into the suspect in front of the Bratskellar Pizza Pub and he had an active warrant for assault and was arrested.

Jamie Cahill, 34, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2016, for criminal mischief. Cahill was arrested by state police on a Portsmouth warrant.

Kimberly Marshall, 29, of Ayer Circle in Seabrook, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. Police were sent to Shearwater Drive and Blue Heron Drive for a report of an intoxicated woman trying to get a walker into a vehicle. She was later found, according to police, on a footbridge heading toward Granite Street.
