Silver Alert Issued For Missing Portsmouth Man With Dementia

PORTSMOUTH, NH — A silver alert has been issued for a missing vulnerable adult in Portsmouth.

New Hampshire State Police, on behalf of Portsmouth police, issued the alert for Jonathan Leach, 63, who was last seen around 11 a.m. on Tuesday walking away from an assisted living facility on Pleasant Street. He was wearing a navy blue T-shirt, and gray shorts, and was carrying a blue-tan tote bag. Leach, state police said, suffers from dementia.

Leach is 63, about 6 feet tall, and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes and was unshaven.
