Somersworth Man Charged with Domestic Assault: Log

Portsmouth Police: Maine man faces alcohol, driving revocation charge while a Portsmouth woman is also arrested for shoplifting.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Danny L. Sage, 24, of South Street in Somersworth, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on April 23, 2016, on three counts of domestic violence. Police were sent to Mirona Road for a past tense domestic with a woman alleging that her boyfriend “threw a phone at her” earlier in the afternoon. When she came home, she was in her apartment, according to the report. Police arrested Sage at a bus stop on Lafayette Road.

Matthew A. Kane, 37, of Eliot, ME, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on April 24, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and transporting alcoholic beverages. He was arrested after a traffic stop at Market Street and Michael Succi Drive. He passed a field sobriety test but was arrested on the revocation charge.

Justin V. Pantelakos, 38, of Elwyn Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on April 25, 2016, and charged with operating without a valid license and suspended registration. He was arrested after a traffic stop at Cabot and Austin streets.

Alisa A. Murray, 33, of Cutts Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on April 25, 2016, on a willful concealment charge. Police were sent to Woodbury Avenue for a report of a female shoplifter. The woman was later arrested and processed at police headquarters.
