Suspected Prostitution Activity Leads to Warrant Arrests: Log

Portsmouth Police: Girl allegedly threatens to choke counselor and a local teen is arrested for drug possession.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Ryan Tiberio, 22, of Western Avenue in Dover, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2016, for criminal trespass and a bench warrant. Also arrested was Jenifer Nuernberg, 26, of Hevey Street in Manchester, on a warrant. On Woodbury Avenue, police received a tip about possible prostitution going on at the location, according to a report. A staffer alleged that there was a woman with a rented room and a man sitting in the lobby while non-guest men were going up to the room “all morning long,” according to the report. When police arrived, the man was no longer in the lobby and the woman had left. They caught up with the woman and she had a warrant out of Somersworth and was arrested. The man was later arrested.

Demetri J. DeGraffe, 19, of Boss Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police made a stop on Middle Street and then requested to have a vehicle towed and a search warrant for the vehicle. However, the wrecker was cancelled and DeGraffe arrested.

At 8:57 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2016, police were sent to Court Street after receiving a tip about a possible suicidal threat. Portsmouth Fire and Rescue teams were also sent to the location to assist with a well-being check. An involuntary emergency admission was then made, according to police.

Joseph D. MacDonald, 31, of Cutts Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop at Woodbury Avenue and Woodlawn Circle.

At 2:42 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2016, a student allegedly brought liquor to school and shared it with a couple of people, according to police. Four were arrested.

A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested for criminal threatening at 7:34 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2016, after police were sent to Middle Street for a report of the girl threatening to choke a counselor. She was later arrested.
