Swiped Sign Might Be in Maine: Cops

Portsmouth Police put out alert about Dos Amigos Restaurant sign that was stolen this morning. Have you seen it?

PORTSMOUTH, NH - The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for your help in identifying whoever took the sign off the Dos Amigos restaurant in downtown Portsmouth earlier this morning.

The alleged theft occurred at around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016.

According to a post on Facebook, police noted that the sign was last seen on the roof of a sliver sedan (unkown plates) while traveling over the Memorial Bridge into Maine.
