Discuss Your Feelings About Death Next Month
Portsmouth's Third Death Café hosted by Hospice Help Foundation and Library will be held on June 4, featuring speaker, Dr. Deborah Turiano.
PORTSMOUTH, NH - “Death: It’s no conversation killer. Drink coffee, eat cake, and discuss your inevitable demise.”
This is the tagline for a local Death Café, where community members meet in a supportive environment to discuss thoughts, feelings, and experiences with death. Hospice Help Foundation will host its third café next month, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on June 4, 2016,at the Portsmouth Public Library.
This time, they’ll welcome a speaker: Dr. Deborah Turiano - Certified Hospice Medical Director and trained facilitator for The Conversation Project and Respecting Choices - will talk briefly about Preparing for The Conversation: A Thoughtful Approach to Being Prepared for Advanced Illness.

Hospice Help Foundation is a non-profit which provides financial assistance to hospice patients and their families with dire financial need to improve their quality of life and ease the burdens accompanying a terminal diagnosis.
