Taste of the Nation This Evening at Strawbery Banke
Proceeds from the event will benefit Share Our Strength and end childhood hunger.

In less than two hours, as many as 900 people will fill the large white tent erected on the grounds of Strawbery Banke Museum for the 17th annual Taste of the Nation.
For $85, chefs from more than 70 Seacoast restaurants, craft brewers, wine merchants, and gourmet food vendors will provide patrons with their finest fare with all the proceeds will benefits Share Our Strength, according to Karen Logan, member of the non-profit group's board of directors.
Soul City will provide live entertainment and there will also be a silent auction.

Logan said the event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and it is completely sold out. Last year, the Taste Nation event raised more than $120,000 for Share Our Strength, she said.
