Teen Allegedly Punches, Pushes Mom into Christmas Tree: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Joseph L. Moser, 21, of Giles Road in East Kingston, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2015, for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, as well as yellow line, unsafe lane change, and failure of entering traffic to yield violations. An officer stopped a motor vehicle at Gosling Road and Woodbury Avenue and arrested Moser.

Calum Ryan, 18, of McDonough Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2015, for operating without a valid license and operating without headlamps. An officer stopped Ryan on Lafayette Road and found that he allegedly didn’t have a license. His mother was called to pick up the car.

Mathew Fonteyne, 21, of Mountain View Terrace in Rye, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, for criminal mischief (vandalism). Officers were sent to Bridge Street for a report of men fighting in a parking lot. The fight, according to the report, was a “verbal domestic” and three guys tried to intervene.

Allison A. Fieldsend, 50, of Lindenshire in Exeter, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, for theft (alters, transfers, moves price markings). She was arrested on a warrant.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, on two counts of domestic violence-simple assault after a fight on Beechstone. The boy allegedly hit his mother in the school and pushed her into a Christmas tree.

Christopher S. Tostenson, 38, of Thornton Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, on four counts of simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant.
