Thousands in NH Without Power
UPDATED: Eversource, Unitil, Liberty Utilities are reporting about 2,300 without power in southern New Hampshire at this hour.

UPDATED, 11:49 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2016: Three of New Hampshire’s power companies are reporting thousands of residents without power at this hour in the southern part of the state, according to alerts online.
Eversource is reporting more than 3,800 customers without power throughout the state, including the following outages: 133 in Milford, 831 in Portsmouth, and 31 in Amherst.
Other outages the company is reporting include about 35 in Hampstead, 585 in Derry, and hundreds in Barrington, Nottingham, Sandown, Auburn, New Castle, Hudson, Goffstown, and Northwood.

Scattered outages are being reported in Dunbarton, Hudson, and Nashua.
Eversource has posted notes on Twitter noting that the company is aware of the outages and assessing damage from the rain and wind tonight, as well as scattered accidents. Portsmouth Fire is reporting arcing wires in that community.

Unitil is reporting more than 300 customers without power 139 in Hampton Falls, 79 in Hampton, 105 in Newton, and 94 Kensington.
Unitil is advising that restoration time will be sometime between 9:30 p.m. tonight and 2 a.m. tomorrow morning.
Liberty Utilities is also reporting 65 customers without power including 23 in Pelham, 36 in Salem, and 7 in Windham. The cause of the outages, according to LU, is high winds and downed tree limbs on wires, according to posts on Twitter.
