A man who police said tried to solicit sex from a 15-year-old Portsmouth girl is set to go on trial in the fall.
Brad Lizotte, 47, of Concord, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and indecent exposure, according to the Union Leader.
Lizotte allegedly sent an inappropriate photo to the girl and asked her to met her at a hotel for sex, police said.
Lizotte's defense claims statements he made to police about the case should be thrown out because he wasn't read his Miranda rights, the UL reported.
