State Police Charged Portsmouth Teen with Drugs

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Oct. 4 and Oct. 10:

Friday, Oct. 4

• Jason Torres, 19, of Portsmouth was arrested on Route 16 in Newington and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Jason Emery, 37, of Baldwin, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Michael Debiasi, 56, of Nahant, MA was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug.
• Marcos DeAcevedo, 29, of Portsmouth was arrested on Interstate 95 in North Hampton and charged with subsequent offense of operating without a valid license.
• Bobby Ghorieshi, 33, of Weston, MA was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with subequent offense driving while intoxicated.
• Jason Johnson, 38, of Farmington was arrested on Route 16 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug and parole violations.

• Richard Maynard, 40, of Middletown, CT was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Anna Richburg, 21, of Saco, ME was arrested on Route 16 in Portsmouth and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Francis Massa, 63, of Exeter was arrested on North Road in Brentwood and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

• Raheel Yousouf, 19, of Watertown, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Nelson Grondin, 18, of Hillsboro was arrested on Route 115A in Lee and charged with transportation of alcohol by a minor.
• Robert Hathcoat, 34, of Concord was arrested on Route 115A in Lee and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• A 16-year-old female from Candia was arrested on Route 115A in Lee and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.
• A 15-year-old female from Candia was arrested on Route 115A in Lee and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.
• Charles Todd, 29, of Bridgeport, CT was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with reckless operation.
• Kimberly Herrick, 52, of Standish, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug.

• Martin Colon, 40, of Rochester was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with operating as a habitual offender.

• Clarence Winget, 45, of Somersworth was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Marvin Cashaw, 37, of Somersworth was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Kevin Evans, 53, of Saco, ME was arrested on Route 202 in Rochester and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.
• Wednesday, Oct. 9
• David Melnick, 27, of Berwick, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs.

• Julio Enrique Guzman, 19, of Barrington was arrested on Route 125 in Barrington and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• David Hill, 23, of Hampton was arrested on Liberty Lane in Hampton on an in-state warrant.
