Voters: Demand Transparency in Portsmouth on Nov. 3

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We are urging you to vote in Portsmouth’s municipal elections on Nov. 3.

Your choice for City Council, Police Commission and other positions is so important and will shape the direction our beloved city will take in the foreseeable future.

Your choice is clearly your own but we ask you to please consider the candidates identified below. They believe in ethical practices in our government, transparency in all of our city’s dealings (seriously lacking in recent months) and on the wellbeing of our neighborhoods outside the downtown borders.

We are all tired of secret dealings, improper actions by city officials, and giving developers carte blanche regardless of the cost to our city’s character.

You can make a difference! Vote your conscience on Nov. 3.
