Waldorf School Announces $7,000 Scholarship Contest to Seacoast
Seacoast Waldorf School's Board of Trustees has announced a scholarship contest open to all new students entering Grade 5 for 2020-21.

The winner will receive an award worth $7,000 applicable only towards one year’s tuition at Seacoast Waldorf School.
- “We have seen tremendous growth in our lower grades program. Now we would like to encourage folks to join us for the middle school years.” said Jacqui Boyko, Interim Administrator, adding, “Specifically in this time of Covid-19, adolescents need to be connecting with the outdoors and learning practical life skills, such as sewing and woodworking. We offer these specialty classes in addition to our rigorous academic curriculum. This scholarship contest is our way of encouraging those parents considering an alternative education to investigate Seacoast Waldorf School.”
- Simply write a letter or email stating why you want your child to have an alternative education for his/her middle school experience. Printed letters can be mailed directly to the school at: Seacoast Waldorf School, 403 Harold Dow Highway, Eliot, ME 03903 or emailed to: admissions@seacoastwaldorfschool.org. Deadline for all entries is July 31, 2020. Winner to be announced August 7, 2020 .
