According to the National Weather Service, it’s going to be a mixed weather weekend. Expect some showers in the morning on Friday with clouds for most of the day, with a high of around 50. Overnight, temperatures will drop down into the mid-30s (expect temps in the mid-40s in the Seacoast). On Saturday, mostly sunny with highs near 60 and a light breeze but expect some showers during the evening and highs in the mid-40s; it will be slightly warmer on the Seacoast. More sun is expected on Sunday, with highs in the mid-50s. Temps drop down into the high 30s overnight and temps slightly higher on the coast.

  • Families in Transition’s Wicked FIT Run fundraiser will be held at 9 a.m. at Rollins Park on Bow Street in Concord.

  • The Fifth Annual Windham High School Craft Fair will be held at Windham High School, 64 London Bridge Road in Windham from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. A $2 donation is suggested.
  • The Poetry Society of NH holds its quarterly meeting with The Widows’ Handbook at Gibson’s Bookstore, 45 S. Main St. in Concord, starting at 10 a.m.
  • Me & Ollie’s Bakery & Café, 64 Water St. in Exeter hosts an ECK Spiritual Chat at 10 a.m.
  • A Happy Haunting Halloween Boo Bash will be held at The Rockingham Mall at 11 a.m.
  • The Redhook Brewery, 35 Corporate Drive in Portsmouth present the NH Brew Fest at 1 p.m. Tickets are $35-$45.
  • The Second Annual Tweed Ride will be held at the Wentworth Lear Historic Houses, 50 Mechanic St. in Portsmouth at 2 p.m. A $15 donation will be accepted.
  • A Happy Haunting Halloween Boo Bash will be held at The Pheasant Lane Mall at 3:30 p.m.
  • The Pastel Society of New Hampshire’s Sixth Annual National Juried Exhibition Opening Reception will be held at 4 p.m. at Discover Portsmouth, 10 Middle St. in Portsmouth.
  • NH Audubon’s McLane Center, 84 Silk Farm Road in Concord hosts its annual Enchanted Forest jack-o-lantern event from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $6.50-$9.50.
  • The First Congregational Church, 15 Lawrence Road in Salem will be holding a ham and bean supper at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $3-$7.
  • The American Independence Museum, One Governors Lane in Exeter hosts Ghosts at the Museum from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $5 to $15.
  • Odds Bodkin: Grisly Tales of Horror, will be presented at 8 p.m. at the Riverwalk Cafe and Music Bar, 35 Railroad Square in Nashua. Tickets are $10.
  • Greek Music, Greek Dancing and Belly Dancing will be featured at the Cafe Nostimo, 72 Mirona Road in Portsmouth at 8 p.m.

Sunday

  • The Milford Antiques Shows will be held at the Hampshire Hills Athletic Club, 50 Emerson Road in Milford from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Tickets are $5.
  • The Michael’s in Nashua is holding a grand re-opening at 9:45 a.m.
  • Comedian Tim Sample will be performing at Presidential Oaks, 200 Pleasant St. in Concord at 2 p.m. Tickets are $8-$14.
  • George Benson performs at The Music Hall, 28 Chestnut St. in Portsmouth. Tickers are $60-$130.
