3 Mass. Residents Arrested On Bail Jumping Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Danielle Gabree, 45, of Willow Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2023, on a bail jumping charge. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

David Joseph Spinney, 44, of Jionzo Road in Milford, MA, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Nov. 27 on two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Jasmine Alexia Gonzaelz Ottman, 27, of Harold Street in Manchester was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Nov. 27 on an operating without a valid license charge and a bench warrant. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street and was released on personal recognizance.

Denise P. Georgopoulos, 52, of Aiken Avenue in Lowell, MA, received a summons at 11:47 a.m. on Nov. 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway.

Abigail Fuentes, 40, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. on Nov. 27 on a willful concealment charge. Police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway Street after a loss prevention employee reported a woman shoplifter in custody. She was arrested and released on personal recognizance.

Guy Velez, 35, of Park Drive in Boston, MA, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. on Nov. 27 on a bail jumping warrant. He was arrested a police headquarters and released on personal recognizance.

Kevin E. Kondrat, 52, of Brady Avenue in Derry was arrested at 3:18 p.m. on Nov. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. Kondrat was released on personal recognizance.

Police were sent to the La Quinta Inn on Keewaydin Drive at 2:16 p.m. on Nov. 13 for an overdose. A woman was revived and taken to the hospital by fire and rescue teams.

Jack Kizilarslan, 38, of Hampstead Road in Salem received a summons at 11:23 a.m. on Nov. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation after a motor vehicle stop at Lawrence Road and Riversedge Drive.

Joseph L. Grandmont, 50, of Princeton Place in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on Nov. 13 on two violation of protective order and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested on a warrant and taken to the county jail.

Gemma Estany Salazar-Ontivero, 23, of Princeton Boulevard in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 10:32 a.m. on Nov. 13 on a bench warrant and bail jumping charge. She was arrested at police headquarters and released on $500 cash bail.
