Elderly Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Patrick George Stitt, 48, of Middle Road in Belmont on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 11, 2021, in Brentwood.

Todd Allyn Sweet, 46, of Middle Street in Portsmouth on burglary and second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment in Portsmouth and strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 20, 2021.

Joan Tew, 68, with a last known address of Kings Highway in Hampton on unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of failing to return a 2017 Nissan Versa between March 9, and April 4, 2019, to Key-Rent-A-Car of Portsmouth.

Cassandra Thibodeau, 24, of Crowley Road in Candia on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Nov. 7, 2021, in Salem.

Travis Michael Vachon, 34, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Sandown Road in Chester on May 12, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Justin William Varney, 18, of Colby Road in Danville on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge and a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was accused of strangling and punching an intimate partner in the face, causing broken blood vessels to the eye, on Dec. 30, 2021, in Danville.

Guy Velez, 34, of Washington Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 7, 2021, in Salem.

Lakyn N. Weber, 33, of Emery Street in Sanford, Maine, on possession of fentanyl and habitual offender charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and driving on Bartlett Street in Portsmouth on May 3, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Justin R. Woolf, 24, of Belvidere Street in Laconia on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Monro Muffler in Stratham between Oct. 9, and Oct. 18, 2021.

Dylan M. Wright, 25, of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton on attempted assaults by prisoners charge, a felony, and a criminal threatening charge. He was accused of purposely lunging at a corrections sergeant and threatening an officer and-or sergeant by yelling, “I’ll f--- you both up, come on, man, I’ll take you both,” or words to that effect at the Rockingham County House of Corrections on Dec. 17, 2021, in Brentwood.

Debra K. Zolla, 46, of Douglas Drive in Candia on a possession of carisoprodol with intent to distribute charge, a felony, on June 17, 2021, in Candia.

David Zuzelo, 75, of SW Camino Doce Road in Deming, New Mexico, on felonious sexual assault and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly kissing and fondling, and sexually assaulting a girl between March 6, 2006, and March 5, 2009, in Chester.
