Alleged Mass. Drug Dealer Arrested at Rockingham Park: Log
Salem Police: Derry man and woman, Hooksett man, and Wilmington MA woman, all arrested on theft charges.

Tyler P. Fitzgerald, 29, of West River Road in Hooksett, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, for receiving stolen property ($1,501+) and theft by deception. He was arrested on a warrant by the Belknap County Sheriff’s Department and arraigned by video.

Andrew Gomez, 34, of North Shore Road in Derry, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, for willful concealment. Also arrested was Heather K. Aikens, 25, of North Shore Road in Derry, who was charged with willful concealment and possession of a controlled drug (cocaine, under half an ounce). They were stopped in the parking lot of Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road for shoplifting.

Francesco I. Cuesta, 23, of Duckett Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, for sale of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Cuesta was arrested in the parking lot of Rockingham Park on Rockingham Boulevard and held on $10,000 cash bail.
Marianne Marino, 53, of Ox Bow Drive in Wilmington, MA, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, for willful concealment. She was arrested at police headquarters on a warant and released on a summons.
