Alleged Stalker Arrested After Incident on Lowell Road: LOG
Salem Police: Teen ODs at the Park View Inn, Mass. man arrested for conduct after an accident.

SALEM, NH - Jason J. Jovell, 30, of Rockingham Road in Derry, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. on Dec. 2, for disorderly conduct. Also arrested was Melissa C. Sullivan, 32, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, for disorderly conduct. Brandon G. Yates, 31, of Horne Street in Methuen, MA, was taken in to protective custody. Police were sent to Cluff Crossing Road for a report of noise an apartment. After arriving at the scene and investigating the incident, all three were taken in to protective custody.

Daniel F. Moore, 43, of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on Dec. 2, for stalking. Police were sent to Lowell Road for an incident. A neighbor reported hearing a domestic disturbance in progress that he thought might be physical. Moore was arrested and refused bail. He was taken to Rockingham County House of Corrections.

Joseph E. Ziniti III, 42, of Farley Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Dec. 3, and charged with conduct after an accident. He turned himself in on a warrant and is due in court on Jan. 11, 2016.
Salem Fire and Rescue teams as well as police were sent to the Park View Inn on South Broadway for a 19-year-old man who overdosed. He was later transported to Parkland Medical Center.

Shane D. McMahon, 26, of Floral Street in Windham, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. on Dec. 8, for willful concealment; theft. Police were sent to Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard for a shoplifting incident. McMahon was arrested and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
Andrew O’Brien, 35, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on Dec. 8, on willful concealment and littering. Police were sent to Lowes on South Broadway for an employee alleging that a man stole items from the store and fled on foot. A description of the man and the vehicle he drove off in was taken and police eventually found his car on I-93 North. The vehicle reportedly fled to Methuen and then, came back north again and was stopped on I-93 North just before Exit 1. Officers, according to the report, believed they saw someone throw something out of the vehicle’s window, according to the report. O’Brien was arrested and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
A juvenile was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Dec. 8, at the Mall at Rockingham Park for assault.
A 17-year-old was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on Dec. 8, on a receiving stolen property charge at Salem High School.
