Allegedly Doin’ Drugs at Dunkin’s Leads to Charges: Log
Police: Salem man arrested on a domestic assault charge, Methuen man faces reckless conduct, operation charges, and an overdose at the mall.

SALEM, NH — Richard J. Ouellette, 51, of Ferland Drive in Derry, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug (heroin, crack, less than 5 grams) and a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Stiles Road after an employee alleged that there might be subjects with children doing drugs in a bathroom.

John C. Snapausky, 45, of Hampshire Street in Salem, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to the Westgate Arms Apartments for a report of a man who was intoxicated and locked a woman out of her apartment. Snapusky was later arrested.

Francis P. Summa IV, 35, of Landmark Drive in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, on a bench warrant as well as reckless conduct-dangerous weapon, reckless operation, misuse/failure to display plates, display false inspection/registration sticker, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested by another agency and picked up from the Middleton Jail.
Jorge Alvarado Jr., 38, of Union Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, for two counts of organized retail crime enterprise, two counts of willful concealment ($1,501+), possession of marijuana, possession of prescription drugs, theft detective device remover, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at Pier 1 Imports on South Broadway.

An overdose was reported at 7:22 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, at the Mall at Rockingham Park after a woman was found by mall security slumped over the wheel of a vehicle. She was transported to Parkland Medical Center.
Joseph E. Wallace Jr., 23, of Broadway in Saugus, MA, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for theft by deception (under $1,000). He was arrested on a warrant.
Tyana Gonzalez, 22, of an unknown address, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, on a warrant.
Brenda L. Palaskas, 55, of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for reckless operation, disorderly conduct, and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arrested on a warrant.
