Mass. Fugitive Arrested by Sheriffs: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.

Sean S. Alkire, 21, of Haigh Road in Brentwood, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a criminal mischief-motor vehicle charge.

Nelson R. Cooper, 53, of Newport Avenue in Attleboro, MA, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2016, on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Nicholas T. Salisbury, 20, of Wilder Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea of a theft charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at two counts of criminal mischief.

Richard J. Ouellette, 52, of Ferland Drive in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Roger T. Lamoureux, 60, of Hawthorne Place in Providence, RI, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Clonazepam charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of Hydrocodone, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Buprenorphine charge.

Richard J. Hardy, 33, of Arlington Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2016, on another agency’s warrant for theft.

Bruce D. Smith, 27, of Long Pond Road in Danville, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a cont premises where a drug is kept and a bench warrant out of Plaistow District Court for theft by deception.

William C. Haskell II, 33, of Wadleigh Street in Parsonfield, ME, was arrested on Aug. 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a show cause hearing for cont premise where a drug was kept.

David S. Anderson, 25, of Bowker Street in Boston, MA, was arrested on Aug. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea hearing on a forgery charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for forgery.
